TERMS and CONDITIONS :

When booking your accommodation at manlywaves.com.au and/or purchasing any services through that site or when booking directly with Manly Waves, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to book any accommodation.

• If you wish to discuss any aspect of your booking please contact Manly Waves directly on (02) 9977 1774 or via the contact page.

• Bookings made via third party websites can only be changed by contacting the third party itself, not Manly Waves.

• If you intend to arrive after 5pm please contact Management by emailing us on reservation@manlywaves.com.au or calling uson (02) 9977 1774 to make arrangements for your key collection.

• If you require on- site parking please contact Management prior to making your booking.

PAYMENTS:

• You agree to make payment at the time of booking via a debit to your nominated credit card. The amount debited is the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the “BOOK NOW” button on that page.
  Prices quoted are in $AUD.

• If you have elected to book and pay later a valid credit card is required at the time of booking however, full payment is not required until check-in.

• By providing your credit card your authorise Manly Waves to charge the credit card used for charges related to your booking, including cancellation fees.

 

CANCELLATION and REFUND TERMS:

• Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made prior to 2pm local time seven (7) days prior to the arrival date- No cancellation charge applies. Cancellations made after that time or if you do not show up for your booking,
    the whole (100%) accommodation tariff will be charged.

• Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy:

  • Non- Refundable Bookings will attract 100% cancellation fee. No cancellations can be made on Non- Refundable Bookings. This booking is non-refundable.

ALL BOOKINGS- There are NO refunds if your stay is cut short for any reason

· Management reserves the right to cancel bookings up to 7 days before arrival due to matters outside their control.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT POLICY

• Check in time is from 2.00pm to 12:00am on the date of arrival and the room is to be vacated by 10.00am on the date of departure.

• An additional fee will be charged if you do not check out and vacate the room by 10.00am unless you have made prior arrangements with Management.

• Management may be able to extend your check out time up to 1.00pm on your date of departure at an additional cost of $50.

• If you wish to secure an early check in before 10.00 am on your date of arrival then you must book an extra night at the time of making your booking and reserve the room for the night before your date of arrival.
  You will need to make arrangements with Management if you are checking in outside Reception Opening Hours (see below) for key collection.

• If you arrive between 10.00am and 2.00pm on your date of arrival access to your room is subject to your room being available.

• RECEPTION OPENING HOURS AND OUTSIDE HOURS OF ATTENDANCE:

• Reception opening hours are 9am to 5pm. Please contact Manly Waves on (02) 9977 1774 or email us at reservation@manlywaves.com.au to make arrangements if you are arriving or leaving outside these hours.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

On arrival you will be required to provide valid government issued identification for security purposes. In addition, a credit card pre-authorisation of up to $100 is required to cover incidental charges including
(but not limited to) breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges if the room is left in an unacceptable state. You authorise us to debit your credit card to cover such charges.
Where a credit card is not available a $200 cash deposit will be required on check-in which will be applied towards such charges.

LOSS OR FAILURE TO RETURN OF KEY: Loss of key or the failure to return the room key will incur a $100 charge.

SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and balconies of Manly Waves.

NOISE, BEHAVIOUR AND PARTY POLICY

• Excessive noise and music is NOT tolerated at any time. Guests are expected to be respectful at all times and to be quiet between 9pm and 9am. During such time no music, TV or voices should be heard
  from outside your room.

• Manly Waves has a zero tolerance party policy. No group congregations in rooms is permitted or tolerated.

• Immediate eviction with NO refunds applies to any breaches of this policy.

PARKING

Limited on-site parking is available for $20 per day and parking must be reserved. Reservation of parking must be made prior to making your booking and is subject to availability. 
 

BREAKAGES and DAMAGE

Breakages or damage to furniture or furnishings caused by a guest or a guest’s visitor or replacement of items removed from Manly Waves will be charged and recouped in full from the guest’s credit card
or deducted from the guest’s security deposit.

A $200 cleaning fee will be incurred and charged to a guest’s credit card for room degradation (such as vomit, bodily wastes) or the room is left in an excessively untidy condition.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Pets are not allowed unless you have made prior arrangement with Management. If you wish to bring a pet contact Management prior to making your booking. Additional fees may apply.

• No candles or open flames permitted in rooms.

• At no time during your stay is the number of guests to exceed the number booked

• Infants under 2 years sleep for free on existing bedding. References on our website to ‘children’ means persons between the age of 2-12 years old.

• Photos shown on our website are indicative only and may not specifically represent the exact room allocated to you.

• Manly Waves offers Wi-Fi internet access. Manly Waves accepts no liability for non-availability of the internet network.

• All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Manly Waves reserves the right to cancel a guests booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited if a guest is
  under the age of 18 and not accompanied by a responsible adult.

• To the extent permitted by law, Manly Waves takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property which is left at the premises.

• Manly Waves recommends at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance including but not limited to: loss of booking amount due to cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage
  and belongings, loss of money and medical expenses.

• Manly Waves reserves the right to cancel bookings based on incorrect information being displayed in relation to price, inclusions or service at any point in time.
